Our purpose is to continue to provide technical support services to the implementation of agroindustry projects - prepared by PLANAGRO or by third parties - contributing to make it reality, and to start new projects in the areas of agricultural production, animal production and agroindustry or revitalize existing agroindustrial projects:
• Technical support to land clearance;
• Coordination of the surveying works;
• Preparation of tender documents required, including the selection of the technologies and definition of materials and equipment;
• Coordination of the processes of acquisition and supply of goods and services;
• Selection of suppliers for consulting;
• Launch of the consulting process to suppliers;
• Analysis of proposals from suppliers;
• Preparation of proposals for award to be submitted to the promoter;
• Monitoring of all phases of the implementation of the project, ensuring the compliance of machines and equipment, controlling the compliance with deadlines and carrying out the proper operation tests needed;
• Supervision of construction works;
• Assistance in the selection and training of necessary human resources, in particular with regard to the definition of profiles, launch of the application and selection;
• Preparation of progress reports on the execution of the planned investments and confirmed deviations;
• Suggestions for procedure changes.
